Vasper pairs recumbent interval exercise with liquid-cooled cuffs placed on the upper arms and thighs. The cuffs apply controlled compression during exercise while cooling is delivered through the cuffs, seat and foot plates.
The result is not passive biohacking. You are exercising—but the recumbent setup and comparatively modest external resistance can make the session useful when high-impact or heavily loaded training does not fit the goal.
