Measure
Establish a meaningful baseline through cardiorespiratory, metabolic and body-composition testing.
Longevity Gyms was founded by Anil Bajnath, MD, MBA, IFMCP, ABAARM, FAASCP—a board-certified family physician whose work sits at the intersection of precision medicine, longevity science and human performance.

After years of helping patients understand their biology through advanced diagnostics, multi-omic analysis and systems-based medicine, Dr. Bajnath recognized a persistent gap: information alone does not create change.
A laboratory report can identify risk. A consultation can establish direction. But strength, mobility, recovery, metabolic efficiency and adaptive capacity are built through what happens between appointments.
Longevity Gyms was created for that space—where testing becomes a baseline, technology becomes part of a structured Circuit and progress becomes something that can be measured rather than assumed.
A blood draw can reveal important information about health. It cannot fully demonstrate how efficiently you use oxygen, how much metabolically active muscle you carry, how your body responds under physical demand or how quickly you return to readiness.
Those capabilities shape how you move, recover, perform and remain independent over time. Longevity Gyms was built to make them visible—and trainable.
Establish a meaningful baseline through cardiorespiratory, metabolic and body-composition testing.
Select services according to your goals, screening results, physiology and current capacity.
Track the response, refine the Circuit and replace assumption with evidence.
Dr. Bajnath is a board-certified family physician, educator, author and systems thinker. His work integrates conventional medicine with functional medicine, genomic medicine, multi-omic analysis and systems biology to understand how biological relationships influence risk, resilience, recovery and long-term performance.
A physician-led precision-medicine practice built around earlier, more personalized decisions.
Advancing physician education, clinical rigor and professional standards in personalized medicine.
Translating genomics, multi-omics and systems biology into clinically useful frameworks.
The Longevity Equation and The Pursuit of Precision translate complex science into useful action.
The Institute for Human Optimization and Longevity Gyms serve different but connected purposes. The Institute is a medical practice. Longevity Gyms is a Biological Performance Upgrade Center.
Not every Longevity Gyms member is an Institute patient, and participation does not replace medical care. What connects both organizations is the same philosophy: measure what matters, personalize the approach and act before lost capacity becomes a diagnosis.
Physician evaluation, advanced diagnostics, multi-omic analysis and individualized clinical strategy.
Testing, recovery, optimization, detox and performance-focused services organized into repeatable Circuits.
“Medicine should not begin only after something has gone wrong.”— Anil Bajnath, MD
My mission is to move medicine from a reactive model to one built on precision, prevention and personalization. I built the Institute to help patients understand their biology in greater depth. I built Longevity Gyms because understanding is only the beginning. Healthspan is supported by what we are capable of doing repeatedly—and this is a place to make those capabilities measurable and deliberately strengthen them.
You do not need to understand every technology or arrive knowing which service to select. Tell us what you want to improve. We will help establish the right starting point.
