Build More Capacity.

Optimize brings together oxygen and cellular-energy technologies selected to support performance, recovery, and adaptive capacity.

The technology is not the plan. We measure first, match services to the objective, sequence them within a Circuit, and re-measure what matters.

What Optimize Means

The technology inside your Circuit.

Optimize is where oxygen delivery, metabolic demand, cellular signaling, and recovery-focused inputs meet. Each service works differently. The value comes from choosing the right input for the right reason—and placing it within a coherent plan.

Oxygen Availability

Change the environment

Selected services alter oxygen concentration, pressure, or timing to create a specific physiological context.

Adaptive Stimulus

Apply the right challenge

Some services introduce controlled demand; others are passive and designed to complement the work.

Cellular Support

Support the larger plan

Passive technologies may be added selectively without pretending they replace training, sleep, nutrition, or medical care.

Our position: more technology is not automatically better. A service belongs in your Circuit only when there is a clear reason for it.
The Optimize Framework

Measure. Match. Sequence. Re-measure.

You can explore every technology individually. Your Circuit, however, is built around objectives and response—not a checklist of equipment.

Measure

Establish relevant baselines using performance assessments, body composition, and the outcomes that matter to you.

Match

Select the services that have a rational connection to the objective and screen for suitability.

Sequence

Place each input deliberately alongside training, recovery, and the rest of your week.

Re-measure

Review the chosen markers and adjust the Circuit according to your response.

How We Think

Technology with standards.

Optimize is deliberately different from walking into a room of devices and trying everything.

No device worship

A machine can be useful without being miraculous. We explain the mechanism, evidence, limitations, and experience separately.

No guaranteed outcomes

Published findings do not predict your individual response. We use support language and avoid diagnostic or disease-treatment promises.

No random stacking

More inputs can create more noise. Services are selected and sequenced around your objective rather than novelty.

Where Optimize May Fit

Built around the objective.

Optimize Circuits may be considered when the goal involves performance, recovery, metabolic efficiency, or adaptive capacity. The category is broad because different objectives require different inputs.

Performance

Support work capacity

Pair assessment, training, and selected oxygen-related services around a clearly defined performance goal.

Recovery

Complement the workload

Use passive or lower-load options when the plan calls for support without adding more mechanical demand.

Metabolic Efficiency

Connect inputs to measurement

Use VO₂, RMR, or other relevant assessments to give the plan a baseline and a reason to change.

Adaptive Capacity

Train the response

Apply controlled challenges and recovery inputs with enough intention to learn from the response.

Frequently Asked

Before you Optimize.

Do I choose which Optimize services I use?

You can explore and ask about any service. The team helps determine which options fit your goal, relevant health considerations, and the rest of your Circuit.

Can I book a single service?

Availability and access depend on the service and membership structure. Some experiences may be available individually, while others work best as repeated or sequenced parts of a plan.

Do I need testing before starting?

Not every service requires every assessment. We use testing when it meaningfully informs the starting point, selection, or re-measurement—not simply to add more data.

Are Optimize services medical treatments?

Optimize includes wellness and performance services. They are not presented as substitutes for diagnosis or medical treatment. Services with specific screening requirements are reviewed appropriately before participation.

Is more technology better?

No. The goal is not to use every machine. The goal is to identify the smallest coherent set of inputs that supports the objective and can be evaluated over time.

How is progress evaluated?

The markers depend on the goal. They may include performance assessments, body composition, training capacity, recovery trends, or other practical outcomes selected at the beginning.

Optimize services are offered for wellness and performance purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Published research does not guarantee individual outcomes. Screening requirements vary by service. Individual results vary, and this page is not medical advice.
