Is ED medication safe with other medications?
Not always. ED medications can interact dangerously with nitrates and some blood pressure medications. Share your full medication list and heart history with your provider.
Are these treatments FDA-approved?
These are compounded combinations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and your provider will explain what that means for you.
How discreet is it?
The visit is virtual, and medication ships in plain packaging.
What if I have side effects?
Headache, flushing or congestion can occur. Seek emergency care for chest pain or an erection lasting more than 4 hours, and contact your provider about any concerns.
Can I use insurance?
Agile Telehealth programs are cash-pay, so insurance isn't billed. Many programs are FSA/HSA eligible, and Agile's benefits team can help you check.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Plans are billed every 28 days. You can cancel any time before your next shipment from your Agile patient portal. Cancellations made after a shipment is processed apply to the following cycle.
Can I join more than one program?
Yes. Each program may need its own intake so a provider can confirm the new treatment is appropriate for you.
